"Selling for You is What We Do!"
NOTE: You will be assigned a Consignment Number when you drop off your items.
1. Please use the 12th Street entrance. It has a ramp that may be of help to you and it leads directly into the room where your items will be collected.
2. The dates & times to drop off your items at the church are listed below. Please be considerate of the volunteers and try to arrive within 15 minutes of the end time.
Sat., August 18; 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Wed., August 22; 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Sat., August 25; 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Wed., August 29; 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Sat., September 1; 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Wed., September 5; 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Sat., September 8; 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Mon., September 10; 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Wed., September 12; 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Sat., September 15; 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
3. Check to make sure your items comply with the Acceptable List of items.
4. Consignment tags must be securely attached to all your items.
5. When possible, clothing should be pinned on hangers and your tag attached to the garment with a safety pin.
6. Bring the following with you: Photo ID, completed Application, and Legal Agreement OR allow yourself time to complete the Application and Legal Agreement before leaving the church.
Note: Due to child product safety laws, it is illegal for us to sell anything that is on the Consumer Product Safety Commission recall list. Therefore, we can NOT and will NOT accept any items which have been recalled. One new recall is drop-sided cribs. We will not accept any drop-sided cribs for consignment. For all other items, each consignor is responsible for checking their items to make sure none are on the recall list. Please check the CPSC website (Consumer Product Recalls) carefully before you choose your consignable items
1. It is your responsibility to pick your items that did not sell within seven (7) business days after the sale. Listed below are the dates and times the items can be picked up. If these times, are not suitable to your schedule, it is your responsibility to call the church and set up a time that will work for you and a volunteer to meet.
Tuesday evening, October 2; 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Wednesday evening, October 3; 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Thursday morning, October 4; 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Tuesday evening, October 9; 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
2. If you wish to donate your unsold items, please remember to clip the lower-right corner of your Consignment Tag.
3. If you have any questions about picking up your unsold items, please contact the church.
